  • Future Expansion: International shipping may be added in the future

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00 / CET) are processed the same business day

  • Non-processing days: Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays


Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


Shipping Method

  • Carriers: We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged orders:
    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trycacaos.com. Please include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Lost orders:
    If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
